    Wouldn't you have to get permitting to build a mine
    Wouldn't you have to get financing to build a mine
    Wouldn't you to have complete studies to show that mining is economic
    Wouldn't you have to have a well defined Resource and Reserves to achieve all of the above?

    Just saying ... ya can't just get land and dig shit up
