Its very clear why they took those shares in lieu of wages...the company has no money and could not afford to keep the doors open if they took wages, the company had just on 340k in the tin tank and the staff corporate and running costs in the last qtr was over 390k so they had 2 hopes of continuing...Bob Hope an No Hope, so if they never took the shares in lieu of wages they couldn't continue sometimes one needs to see the bigger picture behind the scenes that paints the true facts of why director's took the shares instead of cash....cash there's no cash here lol.
