Based of their February result commentary we should get some kind of corporate activity in the next 6 months with TOT. A lot is riding on this next set of property valuations as I reckon they should represent the bottom of this cycle. Bell Potter released some quite negative commentary on COF just recently with their occupancy now sitting at an all time record low (90% with a further 9% of the portfolio expiring in FY26). We've got asset quality and long WALES in our favour but the almost 2 years of down time for the vacant floor at Cremorne has been a killer.
