Tony Pitt has sunk a further 1.8 million into TOT so far this calendar year. No other directors have purchased anything meaningful post cap raise wipe out in February 2024. Tony is now directly holding 2% of the register plus controlling TGP which has just had a big buy back taking his direct stake in that co all the way up to 50%. TGP collects management fees on the TOT NTA rather than the SP meaning they aren't in as much of a rush as the shareholders to see the full value of the portfolio be realised.
