Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-2

So we had a consolidation less than a year ago where every 10 shares we had turned into only 1. This is done to lower the number of shares available and help the share price maintain value so as not to end up delisted. Obviously it needed to be done because RMX was not preforming. Now they give out "performance" rights to a director which is 50,000,000 new shares. What was the point of the consolidation? Oh I know, so the directors can get more free shares. I don't say it often but this company is ripping us off!
