I guess it's not necessarily a bad thing....they still want to hold unto their shares for potential upside (vs outright selling) and someone is happy to take that Findi as collateral (even though the volume traded are rather small). But because of the latter, there could be wild swings when there are margin calls (which typically if not met by top ups [eg cash], then will be sold).
