Always one doubter This is going to be good in my view . The MD has 27 % of the company and just put in another $500k. I notice the raising was a rights issue not a SPP or placement as the that is the only way the MD could add to his holdings without shareholder approval. To whoever said company will not be around in 3 years you well might be right as company will be taken over for a massive premium in my view. Good Luck and DYOR
