"This appointment follows a period of consolidation for Emergent Resources Ltd, and reflects the changing nature of the Company’s operations due to the potential acquisition of a non-mining based asset. With the recent appointment of Mr Bevan Tarratt and now Mr Edmond Yao the Company considers it now has the leadership, support and expertise it needs to quickly grow by acquisition and investment.
With the restructure of the board Mr Faldi Ismail and Sai Kit Wong will resign as directors. In addition Mr Jian Hua Sang, the current Chairman of Emergent, will resign from his current position and will remain as a non-executive director within the Company"

Wonder if we will see a similar statement soon as we are due for another board change.
