Yes, right now that was a once off, and until the gazetting comes through, and the % structure is in stone, its all speculation.
The statement that the kimberlite exploration is being funded by the alluvials isn't incorrect at the moment, it is funding the exploration right now, but if say in 6 months they run out of cash, and for some strange reason cannot retrieve money out of the JV account by then, we will need cash. That is simples, and I'm sure everyone understands those risks.
I personally believe that they will have something in place by then. If, when the money runs dry and we still can't repatriate funds into our AUD account, then yeh we will need to raise money from somewhere. but I can't see that happening.
