Performance shares.... ahem? anybody noticed the share price lately? am I missing something ..... or is this because nobody votes at AGMs and turning up for work qualifies? Seriously, if we do actually achieve something ..... how much reward will they expect then? cmon guys, stop taking the pi55, and the money for nothing. baring my ignorance though - i havent done my research ..... can somebody explain pls - what were the KPIs required for payment of these so called "performance" shares. Obviously they weren't tied to market cap ie share price Was it an agreement for a certain number of shares, or was it for " shares to the value of $ " TIA ps anybody own BOT, no sweat
