One guy's options are awarded over time- he gets 1/3 on the issue date, 1/3 at one year and 1/3 at 2 years from issue date.
The other guy's are awarded when the study is submitted and a patient dosed (800K options) and 1 million options when the study is done.
So if the plan is either to be alive for two years or to submit paperwork and dose a patient and hopefully finish the study then yes the plan is going to happen.
The company is awarding options for time passing on the one hand or for performing its core activity which is to investigate an agent as a potential diagnostic tool in imaging.
