Looks like apart from two board members no other directors were willing to take up shares. Verner and Askew seem happy enough to not to put their own dollars on the line, yet readily accept performance rights, whilst relying on instos and retail investors do the heavy lifting financing the company's future. Nice work gents!!
Lol...and some contributors in the forum seem to take offence to some of my previous comments bagging mgmt! Imagine how favourably the SP/market would react if all directors put down a swag of cash for shares at the CR price when it's cheaper to buy on market.
