I've got a decent lick of equity here but I find it amusing that the company cheerleaders can look thru' and try to explain away or discount outright obvious concerns that shareholders legitimately voice. It hasn't been all smooth sailing despite the the most supportive industry tailwinds in a very long time. The share price is testament to that & if a Director discloses he converts less than 1% of his BRKOB holding (albeit so far with 2 weeks to go) for the entire sum of $1375, I do not find that encouraging coming from an insider. Happy to wait for a positive lead from company officeholders that have to actually put their hands in their pockets rather than accept discounted equity options as part of their remuneration.
