It can’t be denied that it is an ideal time for management to create shareholder confidence by committing and putting their money where their mouth is.
If they weren’t going to create confidence by putting money in to convert or buy on market I would argue that it would have been better to do nothing at all and hold off on a small reorganisation that creates question marks…..
