but at the same time we don't need a takeover. We are a profitable producer and management/top 20 will not take a lowball offer.
They want us is the point and if they want us they will have to make a good offer period.
We have a good hand to work with, we have money, no debt, strong cashflow, very good land in a desirable location where the big boys have already been buying land and we have some of the best bits.
