    Question: how did the CEO Pokorsky able to buy shares at 8 cents if he only had options before? (30m free options given)

    And how did Douglas Brown purchase 92m shares if he only owned 6.5m shares before?

    Does this mean no other Directors participated, such as the largest shareholder Richard?
