"A director making money out of business....who woulda thought that was possible"
$3.9 million in cash, that's what the 3 directors sold their shares for 3 years ago. Why didn't they keep their shares and just issue new script to the Germans ? These directors didn't even have confidence in themselves and the company's prospects to want to keep their own shares.
