It was an off market trade between the directors and Sparta. VRX the company never saw a dime of it.
They claim they did it to "avoid dilution" for shareholders. Tell you what I'd rather be diluted at 31 cents than at 4.4. But I guess it's my fault for sticking around while the share price takes care of itself.
