It reads ‘...options granted for director’s fee compensation and to incentivise director...’

No mention of the granting of options in lieu of director’s fee.

We all had the opportunity to send a message to management. With >90% voting ‘yes’ to the awarding of options, then the overwhelming majority agreed with what the company is doing. The top twenty hold about 50% of the listed shares. It’s not an old boys club: another 40% of general holders (you and me) seem to have agreed to the option agreement as well.
