Why put your hand in your own pocket and risk your own money when you can resolve to take the risk free route and issue yourselves options?
I'm not sure which i find more insulting...the fact that they awarded themselves options or the reason they give for the award...To ''incentivize'' the directors...What the f...are they paid fees for?
