You people as shareholders voted for the awarding of these options. Why whinge after the event?
If I remember correctly, the resolutions passed overwhelmingly.
As an example,
JW options:
FOR 349.2M AGAINST 38.1M
Now if it was one vote per share (I’m assuming it was?) and I know how I voted with my block of shares, that means I made up a significant percentage of the NO votes.
I’m one solitary holder.
Where were you lot if you’re so disgruntled?
Did you actually vote?
