Hasn't been a fun ride for the key staff and key appointments. It must be demoralizing for them to see options issued to them only to have them expired because it failed to go above the strike price. Not sure what impact has been , after all, giving options was supposed to incentivize them. Instead, it has been demoralizing. Would the Directors like to show a vote of confidence by buying actual shares? That would send a message that the Directors are voting with their feet.
