Interestingly, if you exclude online broker Superhero (who hold shares consolidated in their own name for their many clients who vote separately) and Puissance (which is David Frances who must abstain) and S3 (which is NextInvestors - a paid marketing supplier that is likely to vote whichever way best suits their next invoice or prospects for more work) the T20 currently own just 9.58% of the register.
Because PRL has been suspended since before 30 June 2023 when this report was prepared, the holders shown here will still all be current:
Re S3/NextInvestors, don’t forget too that PRL last handed them 6,000,000 new shares at 2.5 cents each on 1 August 2022 to settle a July 2020 invoice from them for “marketing services” totalling $150,000.
On the day of issue - 1 August 2022 - PRL stock opened at 10 cents (and proceeded to rally higher in the days to follow). This escrow/delayed payment manoeuvre netted S3/NextInvestors a minimum of $600,000 for what was originally $150,000 worth of work. These are the games being played.
