Probably why the pps has dropped from 6.5c and 2.5c within those 21 months, there seems a lot of them haven't taken them up after their 12 month trial ended.......I did comment at that time the signing of 50K of them in the last few months before the grant ended seem like a last minute decision by the RAC and didn't see this as a positive.
