He hasn't yet and honestly, I'm not expecting him to. I personally think getting on a board ought to come with a minimum of say 1% of SOI - obtained by the individual taking shares off market, not options, not free!

Has anyone even done the math on the in ground value on 105k OZ of gold at 3.2g/t? it is roughtly around the entire MC at the moment. which means EVERYTHING else (jv,cash,niobium. manganese) are attributed 0 value. thats now undervalued RR1 is at 0.003 at present or 0.015 post consolidation.
