@coads has already pointed out to you that the shares to be bought in the Cap Raise by Directors & Management (nearly $1m of their own cash!) require shareholder approval (as per previous Company comms), but how significant also that Management spend even more money from their own pocket in the SPP (which didn't need SH approval)! When Management can't buy enough of their own company - most people sit up and take notice!

As already mentioned on the other thread, we're talking about a $2m SPP that was OVERSUBSCRIBED to a total of $7.8m! What a fantastic vote of confidence for the CEO and PAA itself!

Rock on PAA! Keep taking us forward with the OLE, the Healy Ph2, and the pre-clinical development for other neurodegeneratives, that has also kicked off! Exciting times!
