That comment is a bit harsh. He did say all along that they would find nothing and did highlight the links between the related parties (that was applicable and disclosed in another company but not for M4M).
He did also call it to go lower when it was in the 2's and it did get down to 0.005 late November so that was a another win....
Just play the game. Heaps of money to be made on this one by trading.
