It might well be an over-reaction. However, smaller shareholders like myself, with still around 40K in BOE, are now very nervous. This is on the Directors and the Board. It's disturbing that Wyatt Buck who signed off on the announcement, focused on Duncan's sale of shares, when he too also sold more than half his holdings. This was the massive red flag for me. I've now sold out; took a large hit on recent BOE purchases (arpund $5.40) which I added to cheaper purchases because I believed the narrative coming from Duncan's mouth and the board, and so overall had enough profit to buy a coffee and jam donut.

But I do wish all current shareholders the very best; hopefully a large enough holder can take this board to task and maybe even force WB out. I think he's the one that needs to go. There is a rise in large shareholder activists putting significant pressure on boards ... we saw that with Lendlease where I've now moved my BOE money into.
