Has anyone considered Encore in this?? surely Encore wouldn't enter into a VJ with a company that was going to be a flop (exaggerating maybe). I'm sure Encore would have done thorough DD on BOE including their operations, particularly considering (if i remember correctly) Encore gave BOE the exclusive license for their patented drill technology within Australia. Encore needed funding but they would have had other funding pathways available to them.
Anyway just a late night thought.
