I agree, time to time directors do sell to pay for their needs (whatever it could be), however if there was immediate re-rate going to happen then director would be the first person to know and he could have waited a month or two so buying opportunity may not be the right to say at the moment but sure if things changes then it is different story.
time will tell how and where it goes in long-term.
