    Taking a somewhat higher level perspective to this transaction, small shareholdrs need to understand Directors have lives, debts, taxes to pay, relationship issues etc just like the rest of us.

    I think the decision to sell a major stake in one hit, enables both the Director to move on with life and shareholders to absorb the (hopefully) temporary hit to confidence and SP the inevitable price drop. It has been clearly stated the remaining holdings will be retained. What more clarity can one ask.

    In a year's time, I doubt many here will remember what happened today. The business will trade on, do what it does etc etc and that and the uranium price will determine the longer direction of the share price.

    The price has not fallen sufficiently for me to add to my holdings, but a buy is the only trigger I will wait for, should we go below $4.50.
