Thanks @Gracesteel, I was aware of that being said and fail to comprehend how options based on a mathematical calculation at time of issue relating to average share price over a specific period could cause an issue? Please correct me if the previous is wrong…… for my reasoning process I can only come up with the thought that a cleansing notice would need to be issued informing the market of anything material that had or was transpiring and who ever they have NDA’s with refused that info to be made public.
If it is as you say - my thoughts on how option prices are derived must be incorrect and if so - wow…. The recent issue of the current ones at such a loss poor price is bending us all over and can’t really see how they could ever be converted with them knowing the same intonation as they do now which hasn’t been released- unless of course who ever it was with have done the Harry bolt like all those before them - Alcoa Aru - anyway - let’s we as the bank balance evaporates what he has that gets us to where we are needing to go……. Either a company making Ann or a diluting CR to keep the power on!
