Do agree with your opinion if the company has weak fundamental and a credible independent director had not decided to join the company.

Well, on the other hand, if you think it is an easy target, you might want to buy now because you will be buying at a price lower than what the directors will be buying. Especially they not have much of a window to buy at the market.
