"Options issued excercisable in 5 years with a less than 5% premium is a joke. GLTAH but I think some serious questions about these options need to be asked."

You hit the nail on the head. I was just looking at another company (was it Aerometrex??) where the options were priced in 3 equal tranches, at 30% 35% and 40% premium exercisable within 2 years.

Action speaks louder than words, just shows what management thinks about shareholders, share dilution is a real financial expense and after 4 years of failing to market expectations they have no problem sticking it to the long-term shareholders even at all time low. And to James666, I love all your analysis about the company prospects but with all due respect the fundamental of a company does not mean anything if management's interest is not aligned with shareholders.

On the flipside, the Chairman turned CEO actually reduced his salary from $600k to $400k, at least this does not point to someone whose milking the company, this is keeping me on the side-lines until the HY report to see the result of the so called "transformation".
