Most of the directors were cancelling some options to pay for the others.
At 35c options, why not as it cost them nothing. It is better then them selling some on market to pay for the options (that will punish the share price with the current daily volumes), the problem is this way the company gets no money.
The timing was because the options expire on the 31st December.
