I really don't understand the directors of this company. Seems like they have no interest in a higher share price and they never take dividends themselves. It feels like it's in their interests to keep the share price as low as possible and keep increasing their shareholdings through the DRP and then possibly aim for a compulsory takeover in the near future to delist it and keep it in the family.
Thoughts?
