Crazy Ron, I am sure we will get an update prior to closing date. However if they haven't relisted or provided something more tangible than 'ongoing talks with interested unnamed parties' then I just can't throw more money at them when it just might be used to pay back the convertible loan or outstanding Gekko invoices or penalty payments to Singapore etc and not actually getting the mine back where it should be.

I'm keeping money aside just in case they surprise me.
