Remember this is only Tranche 2 lapsing which had a milestone date of 31 March 2017 for Financing. They still could get financing conditional on approval.

Also, they haven't lapsed Tranche 3 (successful completion on construction) which had a milestone date of 31 December 2017. Neither have they expressed they will lapse Tranche 4 which is not going to be hit.

This is a good faith move, prior to positive announcements and them asking shareholders for extending milestone dates for Tranche 3 & 4.

I won't put up a fight if the financing is good, but I know exactly what they are doing at a director level.
