A large degree of speculation plus the reply from Jeff that Gyro posted saying they are exploring options around TSI to Gyros suggestion we sell our minority position.

I know that CX wanted their cash out from a number of my previous discussions with Gary and I think they always thought we would cough up and pay their price. Then demonetization occurred and all bets were put on hold.

I know a fair few holders that have been communicating with Jeff and Gary have suggested we sell and concentrate on Cyber. And in discussions with Jeff he only really seems to have interest in the Cyber direction. So piecing all of that together I am very hopeful CX have found a buyer and we Tag along.

Communicating so little about that business to the market is not going to allow insto buyers to come on board.

We need to focus on Cyber and do it well.
