Yes, Gallagher had the decency to do an off-market trade several cents BELOW the prevailing market, to sell EXACTLY the right number of head shares needed to raise $410,000, which he then injected into the Company coffers by converting his options. The SP is gone higher since he and Netherway sold shares to convert options. What better outcome can minorities hope for?
