Zaxon is correct. One director selling is usually ok as he/she may need the funds for personal reasons but when 3 directors are all selling at the same time that usually rings alarm bells. Also I think the percentage of shares sold by each Director relative to their shareholdings is quite high imo - 42%, 57% and 31%. That doesn't give me much confidence to buy when Directors are selling a large portion of their holdings at the same time.
