Doc - just because Gary is relocating doesn't mean he is leaving VOR.

He just got re-elected for another 3 yrs at the recent AGM. That AGM also approved the implementation of a new constitution that allows for meetings to be held in multiple sites via video conferencing.

Since then Gregg has come on board. So they can having normal board meetings for Directors held in Qld, NSW & WA. Then once a year get together for the AGM or an EGM.

Gary has been able to be involved with India from WA and he co-founded Pearl Global back in 2010 and then listed it in 2017, whilst having his positions in TSN.

So I'd say whilst Gary might be moving, he is not necessarily moving on yet.
