Right. FAR thought they were gonna make money out of it. Worst case scenario was that Woody would pay em a few tens of millions to go away. Trouble was that at some point Woody realised it was a win win for them too. They’d done enough work to understand that SNE might be a bit of a dog. If FAR win and the sale is unwound, not a problem. If FAR lose, we look good and press on. So no way we’re giving those chancers twenty million Let em rack up legal costs and sweat. Better still let’s not help em raise any money. Woody played a blinder. And FAR is trading at 3c and wobbling like a jelly.
