My apologies for being slack and not looking for this detail myself, but i'm too busy but interested to know.
Have we just lent our directors $2.5mill to buy 10,000,000 shares.
This is pretty exciting if the directors are willing to put that on the line.
Next question - being slack again
What are the trading rules for directors can't buy/sell (increase holding) within a certain timeframe of a price sensitive announcement (might give us an insight to the timeframe on the offtake/debt finance for stage 1.
