I trust you are well..

I understand that you are against the performance issues shares being issued, due to dilution.

Your thoughts on what , (in your opinion, )would be the circumstances where performance issue shares should be issued ? What quantity ? What price? What strike rate. ?

What remuneration should the ceo receive in your opinion in the form of cash? (As the z man pointed out) What hours should a ceo work? Should he be able to have a reasonable amount of days off per fortnight.?

I make the following observations..

From my perspective he has done a great job. I was fortunate to acquire a few shares sub half a cent. My return to date is very good.

Epms holdings holdings in quality tenements have increased. (this is a good thing)

I understand that Carl has had limited days off in the last 6 months , 8 hour days?? I understand just don’t happen . Double that.

He has diamond hands, he hadn’t sold any shares.

But in part I could be swayed by your comment . Just an opinion, Carl is worthy of being paid in $$$$, much more than he currently is . Now if this was to occur, and I hope it will and does in the future, then yes , a few less shares might be taken off the table.
