Getting a fund on the register should not be underestimated. Register of this Company has been its problem for years.
I would prefer they were named though. There is a big difference to the future of the share price between whether it is a true micro/small cap fund or someone like Regal Funds.

However, I think any Fund following this space would now know that newsflow over the next 12 months should be positive and result in solid returns, so I hope its a solid small cap fund manager for the long term. It reads as if they needed to be able to hold a certain % stake and so the additional Directors shares allowed the investment criteria to be met, so that suggests to me a long term player. Let's hope
