I'm so confused by this company. They recently issued a prospectus to remove trading restrictions on options held by people who participated in the most recent cap raise and 4m options held by Alto Capital, which gives me an impression that they are going to sell these options to another party for money, because making $ from capital gain is too hard. I remember the stock peaked at 60c on the 1st trade day and has drifted to the abyss every since.
Now they issued options to the chair at 30c exercise price and 60c exercise price. So basically share price has to double and quadruple to make these options valuable, which is one hell of a task for this stock. So either there is some M&A on the horizon that only insiders have knowledge of or this just doesn't make sense strategically at all.
