Interesting to see the details around the options issued.
It tells me in very simple terms the BoD of Spenda believe the SP will be greater than 8.4c on the 25th of Feb 2026 and very likely significantly more to take the financial pain away from the process of exercising.
With an indication like this 2.3c is looking very, very cheap for most holders I would imagine.
