I agree with most of what you say, but it's been this exciting for the last 5 + yrs. MSA's etc etc. I am frustrated with the non delivery and concerned that if they have an unsolicited approach on the business, or part of it or as a strategic then the starting price re negotiations is 1.5c. that is a worry. and management have got us to this point.
