Yes extremely encouraging and highlights IMO a big lesson for all investors …stay clear of small caps whose directors do not invest in their own company …take SGI…salaries for executives are over $1.2m each plus bonuses with golden parachute’s averaging $1.8m for a loss making operation, dismally SGI’s BOD and Executive teams share holdings are less than $70k in TOTAL (despite having over two years to accumulate) YET SGI shareholders like PC continuously attack and ridicule all things CYL rather than vote annually and protest against the real problem - years of SGI’s mismanagement with the tacit endorsement by their own shareholders!
